Perhaps to readers’ surprise, “Climate Hacking” has been of significant interest to me since 1972 when I was mentored at Dartmouth College by Dr. Gordon MacDonald, chairman of the department, and at the same time a lead scientist on climate (Operation Popeye, McNamara Electronic Defense Line, etc.) before, during and after the Vietnam War with JASON advisory group (Washington, DC). He is also prominently mentioned on the induced climate change subject in Anne Finkbeiner’s book “The Jasons, The Secret History of Science’s Postwar Elite” (2006).

In my humble opinion, the “Walker” Transmedia platform was ahead of its time. That said, it is highly topical today across a variety of observations we all face at the present moment. My inspiration to resurrect “Walker”, has come from numerous recent threads on social media, primarily from “X” partipants observing their skies and weather changes; and questioning “Climate Hacking” as the source of thr changes.
This information is now included as PART TWO of our on-going presentation of an “Environmental and Epigenetic Impact Study” which we began in PART 1. Readers will certainly understand why by reading what appears below. Frankly, I can think of nothing that affects our environment, and which has epigenetic effects; more than the air we breathe, and the rain and snow which falls on our farms, gardens, and virtually everything that supports our existence; including blocking sunlight. Although the science on weather steering of storms continues to be debated, I have reviewed that science of some significance, and continue to do so.
